Return Process

  Log into your PAZZION account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

  Pack the Items

  Ensure the products are in their original condition and place them back into the original shoebox or packaging along with any tags and the printed return form.

• 3.
  Send it Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier point using our prepaid shipping label, or visit any of our physical boutiques for an immediate exchange.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
